Whole grains provide nutrients that are vital for health and a reduced risk of some chronic diseases. Examples of whole grains are whole wheat, whole corn, oatmeal, popcorn, barley, and brown rice.
Some sodium in our diet is essential to good health, however, too much can lead to heart and other health related issues. Wholesome Goodness has developed products with reduced sodium levels which meet the U.S. government guidelines for “low” or “Very Low” in sodium, or “Sodium Free.”
Source of Fiber
Dietary Fiber is a healthy part of any diet supporting proper digestion. Fiber is commonly found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains.
Source of Omega
Omega-3 and Omega- 6 are “essential” fatty acids that can be found in many different food sources, including flaxseed, soybeans, rice and almonds. These fatty acids play an important role in the function of the brain, and they are also critical for proper growth and development of tissues.
Various rabbinical authorities (Circle U, Circle K) supervise and certify that foods meet the proper processing standards to qualify as kosher and are acceptable to eat by those who practice and follow the Jewish dietary laws.

0 mg MSG
MSG (monosodium glutamate) is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, which is a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid. Food manufacturers use it as a flavor enhancing ingredient. Wholesome Goodness never uses MSG in any of our products.
0 mg Cholesterol
0mg Cholesterol is declared on foods that contain none or a trivial amount of Cholesterol (less than 0.5mg per serving). Cholesterol Free Food are foods that contain less than 2mg Cholesterol and is used when all the ingredients are all naturally cholesterol free. Cholesterol itself isn’t bad, however high cholesterol is one of the major risk factors leading to heart disease, heart attack and stroke.
Trans Fat Free
Foods that contain none or a trivial amount of Trans fats. Trans fats are unsaturated fats that are uncommon in nature but are typically created artificially. Trans fats increase the risk of coronary heart disease.
HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) is corn syrup that has undergone enzymatic processing to convert some of its glucose into fructose to produce a desired sweetness. HFCS is the predominant sweetener used in processed foods and beverages in the United States. Wholesome Goodness never uses HFCS in any of our products.
